dWallet Labs Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "Controller", "we" or "us", is the operator of the websites at https://ika.xyz and https://dwalletlabs.com (the "Websites").

We know that privacy and security are major concerns. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") details the manner that the Websites and the contents or features provided therein or any related platform and/or application (collectively referred to as the "Platform") collects, stores and uses the information provided to it by the users of the Platform ("User/s" or "You").

We will only collect, store and use your information for specific purposes as outlined below in accordance with privacy requirements where applicable to individuals in the European Union and the member states of EFTA under the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter "GDPR") and/or other applicable national laws. You may contact Us at any time at legal@dwalletlabs.com with any privacy queries or concerns and to see the personal data You have given Us and request modification.

From time to time, We may make changes to this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is current as of the “last revised" date which appears at the top of this page. Keep in mind, We will not be obliged to update you of any such changes, and it is your sole responsibility to stay updated on any such change.

Your information

We may collect personal information You provide to Us such as: your name, your contact details and other information you provide when contacting Us through the Platform.When providing Us with unsolicited information, We ask that You do not provide any sensitive information (e.g. Personal Information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, genetic or biometric data, health information) unless You provide Us with explicit consent to collect this information from You.

We and our third-party providers may also collect personal information from an individual’s device, browsing actions, and site usage patterns automatically when visiting or interacting with Our Platform, which may include:
* Log Data, such as internet protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type,   browser ID, the URL entered and the referring page/campaign, date/time of visit, the time spent on our services, and any errors that may occur during the visit to our services.
* Analytics Data, such as the electronic path taken to Our Platform, through our services, and when exiting our services, as well as usage and activity on Our Platform.
* Location Data, such as general geographic location based on the log data We or Our third-party providers collect.

Your Blockchain Information

Blockchain is a shared, immutable ledger used to record transactions of assets. In connection with Our Platform, we may collect the following public blockchain information directly from individuals, from the third parties identified above, or from the public blockchain itself (including the Ika blockchain):
* Account Address: The unique blockchain address from or to which assets are transferred.
* Account Balance: The balance associated with the blockchain address.
* Transaction Details: The transaction identifier, blockchain position for the transaction, date and time of the transaction, amount sent or received, fee amount, account address of the sender and recipient, and storage size of the transaction.

We may in certain circumstances combine the blockchain information We obtain with the personal information described above.

We are dedicated to using your information only for:

* communicating with You;
* Market Our services to individuals, including through in-person events, social media, email, and other online venues, based on individual interests and interactions with Us;
* Improve the Ika blockchain or support the Ika community;
* Detect, prevent, investigate, or provide notice of malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, unlawful or criminal activity;
* Help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of Our property and services, technology assets, and business;
* As necessary for Our legitimate interests; and for
* Complying with any law and/or regulation

With whom do We share your information?

Other than specified below, We will never share your personal data with third parties and your data is always protected.

* We may share information with other companies owned or controlled by Us or by the dWallet Foundation (a foundation incorporated under the laws of Switzerland), and other companies owning or under common ownership with Us or the dWallet Foundation, particularly when we collaborate in order to develop and / or promote the Ika blockchain and ecosystem;
* We may share information with event, promotion and other business partners in connection with the relevant event, promotion or business activity that we are conducting. For example, we may share information with third-party business partners that help foster the Ika community in order to have them facilitate communication between us and members of the Ika community.
* We may take part in or be involved with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, joint venture, or financing or sale or other transfer of company assets. We may disclose personal information to a third party during negotiation of, in connection with or as an asset in such a business transaction. Personal information may also be disclosed in the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership.
* In addition, We may transfer your information to others in order to: (i) receive services from third party service providers with whom We have a contractual agreement that includes appropriate privacy standards, where such third parties are assisting Us with the purposes specified above — such as service providers that provide data storage or processing services; (ii) comply with any applicable law and/or competent authority demand; (iii) prevent damage to your body or property, or to a third party; (iv) litigate with you in court; (v) to protect our rights and property and the rights and property of others, including to enforce our agreements and policies; (vi) to detect, suppress, or prevent fraud; (vii) as necessary for Our legitimate interests.

* Some of these recipients may be located outside of the European Economic Area ("EEA"). We will carry out such transfers only where we have a lawful basis to do so, including to a recipient who is: (i) in a country which provides an adequate level of protection for personal data; or (ii) under an agreement which covers the adequate requirements for the transfer of personal data to such recipients.

For how long do we retain your information?

We will retain your personal information for as long as it is required for the communication between Us and You and/or for fulfilling the purpose of our legitimate interest.

How do we protect data?

We take reasonable precautions to safeguard your information. However, You understand that the internet is not a 100% secure platform for communication and, accordingly, We cannot guarantee the security of any data You send to Us (or We send to You) via the internet. 

Direct Mailing 

We may be interested in sending You e-mail information about new publications and updates on the Platform, as well as marketing and advertising information. Such information will only be sent to You if you have given your express consent, and at any time You can revoke your consent and cease receiving it by notifying Us at legal@dwalletlabs.com that You wish to remove your information from the mailing list.

We wish to notify you of the following legal rights you have:

* You can ask at any time not to receive Our communications related to Our news and events by notifying Us in the manner specified above.
* You can withdraw your consent at any time, for the purposes for which We obtained your consent.
* You have the right to obtain clear, transparent and understandable information about how We use your personal information and about your rights. This policy is an example of this.
* You have the right to obtain information concerning the processing of your personal data (including the data that is used, for what purposes, etc.) and a copy thereof.
* You have the right to correct your data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
* You have the right, under certain conditions, to receive the personal data You have provided to Us, in a structured, commonly used computerized format, and for it to be transmitted to a third party if technically possible.
* You have the right to have your data erased or deleted. This right may be limited in light of Our contractual or legal obligations.
